Lentil ILL6002 x Indianhead RIL population genotype data

Data description: This dataset includes genotype data generated using the Agriculture Victoria multispecies pulse 30K single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) chip, containing 10,528 lentil-specific SNPs (Sudheesh et al., 2023). In addition to the 186 RIL individuals, material from both parents was included in duplicate as both a reference, and an internal control. The genotype file is an excel spreadsheet containing the names of the RILs/parental genotypes in column A, followed by the multispecies pulse 30K SNP marker names and genotype data with the alleles called as "SS" for the Ascochyta blight susceptible parent ILL6002 and "RR" for the Ascochyta blight resistant parent Indianhead.
