Transcriptome profiling of WT and Cav-1- mouse peritoneal mesothelial cells grown in static and stretching conditions

RNA-Seq was used to characterize the changes induced by mechanical stretching on the gene expression profile of mouse peritoneal mesothelial cells with WT and Cav-1- genetic backgrounds. Overall design: RNA-Seq of WT and Cav-1- (B6.Cg-CAV1tm1mls/J) mouse peritoneal mesothelial cells cultured in static or stretching conditions.
