细胞内核磁实验的标准流程进行操作,对于MDM2/p53复合物在大肠杆菌的表达,按照蛋白质表达的标准流程进行操作,对于小分子在细胞内抑制复合物形成,小分子药物在超净台中加入细胞培养基以防杂菌污染,核磁数据按照核磁实验平台的操作规范进行采集,并利用topspin软件进行数据处理,并最终于可视化图片图表输出。
All operations were conducted following the standard protocol for in-cell nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiments. The expression of the MDM2/p53 complex in Escherichia coli was carried out according to the standard protein expression workflow. For the intracellular inhibition of complex formation by small molecules, small-molecule drugs were added to the cell culture medium in a biosafety cabinet to prevent microbial contamination. NMR data were collected in compliance with the operational specifications of the NMR experimental platform, processed using TopSpin software, and finally visualized and exported as graphical charts.
