To further investigate the molecular functions of CXCR4 in angiogenesis, we knocked out CXCR4 in HCE-T-cell lines, which were further undergo hypoxic treatment, using the CRISPR‒Cas9 system. We then performed miRNA expression profiling analysis using data obtained from miRNA-seq of 2 different cells (wild-type cells and CXCR4-KO cells).
