siRNA Example Dataset – QuantEscape

QuantEscape is a MATLAB App and toolkit for quantification of endosomal escape and damage from live-cell fluorescence microscopy images. The file contains fluorescence microscopy images of HeLa cells expressing the membrane damage sensor galectin-9, incubated with cholesterol-conjugated siRNA. Images are provided as an example dataset for demonstration of the QuantEscape quantification tools for endosomal escape and damage.
