Pharmacogenomics Drug Response Profiles
收藏资源简介:
Supplemental Table 1. Drug Response Profiles for Pharmacogenomics Databases. Each database contains the canonical cell line, canonical drug, and aliases found for each replicate (when available) for both full and truncated cohorts. Calculated drug response profiles: IC50, EC50, AUC_Sigmoid, AUC_Trapz, and AUC_Sigmoig_Norm are reported. If an anchor dose was added (anchor_decision) and the reason for anchor (anchor_reason) are reported. Parameters derived from the fit curve: R2, RMSE, Hill Slope, and lower asymptotes (einf) are reported. Supplemental Table 2. Cross-Database Reproducibility Pearson Correlations. For each database pair (database 1|database 2), the number of pairs with exact cells and drugs used to calculate pair wise Spearman correlations. Supplemental Table 4. PRISM Runs 21 - 26 Drug Response Profiles. PRISM runs 21 - 26 drug response profiles for a given cell and drug for each replicate value.
