Vegan cheese data

This dataset includes raw and processed data from physicochemical analyses, statistical evaluations, and chromatographic profiles of fatty acid composition related to the development of plant-based cheese alternatives. The files are provided in Excel and image formats and contain data used for chemical composition assessment, instrumental measurements, and chromatographic outputs (GC-FID) used in the study.
