Life Cycle Inventory Data for Okara Valorization Pathways

This dataset contains life cycle inventory (LCI) data and modeling assumptions used to assess selected okara valorization pathways within an SNSF-funded research project at FHNW. The dataset includes inventory tables, defined system boundaries, functional units, process parameters, and scenario assumptions used for life cycle assessment (LCA) modeling. Data are provided in open formats to ensure transparency and reproducibility. These data support the environmental impact results presented in the associated scientific publications.
