The single-cell Atlas of Cellular Heterogeneity and The Immunosuppressive Microenvironment of Brain Metastasis from laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

Brain metastasis (BM) from laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is rare but with poor prognosis. Here, we reported a rare case with two BMs from LSCC, which were removed surgically. Despite treated with radiotherapy, chemotherapy and a PD-1 inhibitor, a new brain lesion was found and resected again. The three lesions were analyzed with single-cell RNA-seq. Two samples from primary brain metastasis (one left, another right). One sample from recurrence brain metastasis after radiotherapy, chemotherapy and a PD-1 inhibitor.
