Based on the characteristics of sea surface meteorological elements in the northwest Pacific Ocean, the main sea surface meteorological elements were extracted, quality control and statistical analysis were carried out on the ICOADS original data, and the sea surface meteorological observation data and sea surface meteorological element statistical product data were generated. Among them, the statistical products of sea surface meteorological elements have more practical statistical products, such as low base height, maximum wind speed, average maximum wind speed, number of wind days above level 6, number of wind days above level 7, and number of wind days above level 8, than similar products in the past.
