The goals of this study are to compare the in vitro theca-interstitial cell transcriptome profile (RNAseq) between cells cultured with pro-inflammatory IL-1ß or LPS and control media. Theca cells were isolated and treated with IL1ß, LPS, or control media for 48 hours using 4 replicates for each treatment condition. RNA was isolated and sequenced using Illumina HiSeq.
