Associations of Neutrino Events in IceCat-1 with Radio Flares Detected Between Epochs 1 and 2 of VLASS

A catalog of associations between radio flares detected by VLASS and IceCube neutrino events included in the IceCat-1 dataset. A brief description of the data model is provided below, and a full description of the association methodology is included in Gordon et al. 2026 (OJAp, submitted; https://arxiv.org/abs/2511.21627) This catalog consists of a single table of 104 rows, where each row is a unique spatial and temporal association between a single radio flare and a single neutrino event. There are 99 unique radio flares, and 46 distinct neutrino events listed in this catalog. The Columns lists the radio source ID in VLASS and the ID of the neutrino event in IceCat-1, both of which can be used to get additional information about the radio source or neutrino from the VLASS and IceCube databases. Also included in this catalog is the time window in which the neutrino was detected relative to the two VLASS observations. The temporal association is defined as: TVLASS 1 < Tν+l < TVLASS 2, where TVLASS 1, Tν, and TVLASS 2 are the time of the first VLASS observation, the second VLASS observation, and the neutrino detection time respectively, and l is a 'lag' that shifts the time window in which a neutrinos are searched for by a given number of days.
