Spatially resolved single-cell transcriptomic data of lung cancer tissues, which integrates single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and spatial transcriptomics technologies, comprehensively records the spatial distribution and gene expression profiles of various cell types within the tumor microenvironment (TME). This dataset covers tumor cells, immune cells (including T cells, B cells, macrophages), fibroblasts, and other stromal cells, and elaborately presents the spatial locations and functional properties of distinct cell types in tumor tissues. Through the integration of high-resolution spatial information, researchers can conduct in-depth analyses of tumor heterogeneity, dynamic changes in the immune microenvironment, and intercellular interaction networks. Notably, this dataset aids in uncovering the spatial communication mechanisms by which tumor cells evade immune surveillance through interactions with immunosuppressive cells or stromal cells.
