Clinical Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates from Lagos, Nigeria. PyoLagos

Clinical Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates were collected in tertiary hospitals in Lagos, Nigeria, and sequenced at NCC Tuebingen, with the aims of characterizing resistance determinants, particularly carbapenemases, and elucidating the epidemiology of the isolates and the recent spread of carbapenem resistant P. aeruginosa in Nigeria.
