Differential gene expression following the silencing of rictor and raptor to identify genes regulated by mTORC2 in primary human trophoblast (PHT) cells. Whole-genome expression profiling was performed using gene arrays (HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChips, Illumina Inc., San Diego, CA) on RNA isolated from primay human trophoblast cells treated with siRNA sequences to knockdown Rictor, Raptor as well as scramble control (n=4/condition).
