Difference comparison of Ultrabitorax-overexpression and wildtype in the posterior silkgland transcriptome of Bombyx mori

There are two posterior silkgland tissues of silkworm samples used in this study. They are from two silkworm strains, Nistari and Ubx-OE, respectively. The Nistari strain is the control. Ubx-OE is the mutant strain that overexpressed the gene Ultrabithorax. Each sample has three biological replicates named Nis1, Nis2, Nis3, Ubx1, Ubx2, and Ubx3.
