资源简介:
The CH4 and CO2 emissions at the forest floor were measured based on an automated-closed chamber system from 2016 to 2019. The three or four chambers were installed at locations representing different vegetative surfaces during the four years: Sphagnum moss, Carex spp., and lichen (Cladina mitis). Environmental variables were measured near the chambers, including soil temperatures, volumetric water content, and gas-liquid equilibrium oxygen (O2) concentration. The microbial communities of the samples near the chambers were examined using next-generation sequencing. Total community DNA was extracted from the surface peat and the deep peat or soil from the bottom of the active layer for plots, and those after 77 days of anaerobic incubation at 25 degreeC.
