ST-seq analysis of colorectal cancer and normal tissues in the AOM/DSS-induced mouse model

To elucidate the spatial heterogeneity of colorectal cancer, we utilized mouse tissues from the AOM/DSS-induced mouse model and included normal colon tissues as a control group. Our analysis results revealed a distinct layered, ring-like architecture within tumor tissues, along with the spatial distribution of immune cells and stromal component surrouding the tumor.
