FL Black Bear Capture Locations

This shapefile contains the locations of black bear (Ursus americanus floridanus)captures in the state of Florida, where the end result of the capture activity did not result in the death of the animal (i.e. bear released on-site or relocated, or a cub taken into temporary holding for later release into the wild). The data were limited to those records obtained from the Wildlife Incident Management System (WIMS) database maintained by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and that were associated with a geographic coordinate.本形状文件（shapefile）收录了美国佛罗里达州境内佛罗里达美洲黑熊（Ursus americanus floridanus）的捕获点位信息，此类捕获活动未导致该动物死亡，具体情形包括现场放生、异地转移安置，或是将幼熊临时收容后放归野外。本次数据集的记录均来源于佛罗里达鱼类与野生动物保护委员会（Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, FWC）维护的野生动物事件管理系统（Wildlife Incident Management System, WIMS）数据库，且所有记录均附带地理坐标信息。
