BETTER-B: Surface proteins of Apis mellifera hemocytes (1-day old nurse bees and L5-larvae) by a proteomic and transcriptomic approach

Overview of genes encoding cell surface proteins on Apis mellifera hemocytes. Transcriptomic expression levels (tpm) are given for each developmental stage. For the proteomics: two buffers (dpbs and abc) were tested in two developmental stages (adult and larva) and wether the protein was found in the adherent and/or non-adherent fraction.
