GO analysis identified 272 pathways enriched amongst hypermethylated sites. Of note, 37 of these (14%) related to transcriptional regulation, while 67 (25%) were related to brain and neurological categories. GO ID = Gene Ontology identifier, N = number of genes in the GO term, DE = number of genes that were differentially methylated, P.DE = P value for over-representation of the GO term, ONTOLOGY: BP = biological process, CC = cellular component, MF = molecular function.
