Data are presented as mean ± SD and as effect sizes (CI) for traits following a normal distribution adjusted for age and sex. Remaining traits are presented as median (inter-quartile range) and their effect sizes are presented as increase/decrease in percentage in relation to the value of the major homozygous genotype.
