Single cell analysis of colorectal cancer tissues

Single cell technologies have paved the way for the characterization of colorectal cancer.We performed scRNA-seq on human colorectal tumors and their matched adjacent-normal tissues and liver metastasis tissue. The heterogneity of the tumor immune microenvironment were analyzed. Overall design: sc-RNA-seq of the single cells from the colorectal cancer tissues including 2 human colorectal tumors and their matched adjacent-normal tissues in addition to 1 matched liver metastasis tissue.
