To understand the cellular and molecular mechanisms allowing MG63 osteoblastic cells to perceive, transduce and react to microgravity environment. Overall design: RNAseq was used to compare MG63 cells cultured in microgravity on the ISS to MG63 cells cultured on the ISS in a “1 g centrifuge” (used as the most appropriate control).
