Data for Taiji gravitational wave detection test masses charging simulation and ground experiment verification

The test mass charging rates under different solar activities are simulated by the Monte Carlo simulation tool Geant4 using the CREME96 Galactic cosmic ray data and the GOES satellite solar proton event data, which in turn can be used to obtain the test mass charging noise and the acceleration noise of the noise. In order to verify the accuracy of the simulation, a monoenergetic proton charging experiment was performed using the 50 MeV proton accelerator at the National Space Science Centre of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
