资源简介:
This thesis finds that online psychological programs can meaningfully improve quality of life for adults affected by cancer. A program that addressed sleep problems during chemotherapy improved overall wellbeing and daily functioning. An emotion-focused program supported survivors’ quality of life after treatment. These findings show that targeting unique challenges at different stages of the cancer experience matters - sleep disturbance during treatment, emotion regulation skills after treatment. Accessible, tailored online care can therefore provide practical and lasting benefits for people living with and beyond cancer.
