Most important IT-based capabilities 3PLs providers must have 2021

This statistic shows the results of a global survey among logistics and supply chain executives which was carried out in July 2021 asking respondents about the most important IT-based capabilities a 3PL provider must have. During the survey, 51 percent of the shippers thought 3PLs must have transportation management for planning capabilities.
