Produção científica sobre a política educacional do Estado de São Paulo (2000–2025)

This dataset contains the bibliographic records and analytical coding of the 150 journal articles that comprise the documentary corpus of the study "Scientific Production and Technological Rationality: A Critical Analysis of Educational Policy Research in São Paulo (2000–2025)." The dataset was used for the documentary and bibliometric analysis of academic research on educational policy in the State of São Paulo published between 2000 and 2025 in Brazilian journals classified between A1 and A4 in the Qualis-CAPES system. The Excel file is organized into three worksheets: (i) Data Dictionary, describing the variables; (ii) Dataset, containing the bibliographic metadata of the articles; and (iii) Coding, containing the analytical variables produced during the research, including thematic classification and coding justifications. Each row corresponds to one scientific article. The variables "Theme 1", "Theme 2", and "Justification" were created by the researchers during the analytical coding process and are not part of the original article metadata
