The purpose of the study is to provide evidence for decision making in the social marketing of family planning program PSI / Angola.This study will respond to prevention programs and specifically the Proactive project that aims to reduce the number of new HIV infections by preventing virus transmission among high-risk populations.The study will also measure exposure linked to media, identify important determinants of HIV prevention. Coarsened exact matching is used to match individuals in areas of high exposure to those in areas of low exposure on demography, access to channels of intervention and other variables. Specific objectives: Identify and describe the target population in terms of: a. Condom use with non-regular partners among truckers. b. Characteristics of opportunities, skills and motivating condom use, number / type of sexual partners. c. Characteristics of the population that can be tilt in increased vulnerability of HIV infection. d. Exposure to the PSI intervention programs for HIV prevention (Proactive). e. Trends in preventive behaviors, knowledge, and other indicators of OH The target population for this study are truck drivers and their helpers, the main routes of Angola (Luanda, Benguela, Huila, Huambo and Cunene).Trucker defined as that individual driving a truck that is traveling over the long haul and often an overnight stay at the same stops. Helper is the one that always accompanies the individual trucker, helps in situations of failure, often driving car.
