Updating the meningitis belt: associations between environmental factors and epidemic meningitis risk across Africa- Supporting data

This data supports the analysis and figures generated as part of the publication- Updating the meningitis belt: associations between environmental factors and epidemic meningitis risk across AfricaFiles Figure2_rainfall, Figure2_dust and Figure2_humidity, have values used to generate the graphs as in Figure 2 of the paper.The file ADMN2_outbreak_details supports the plotting of outbreak location as in Figure 3. The file outbreak_counts supports the plotting of the number of total outbreaks as in Figure 4.The file Cluster_epidemic_analysis has the final cluster values for each of the ADMN2 districts used within the final logistic regression model and was used to generate Tables 2, 3 and 4, as well as the relevant sensitivity analysis within the Extended data. Finally, Model_epidemic_prediction contains the results of the logistic regression model, and has both the predicted risk and category used within our final predictive risk map (Figure 6) and supports the results of our full model's sensitivity and specificity.
