Replication Data for: Object independent scatter sensitivities for PET, applied to scatter estimation through fast Monte Carlo simulation

This repository contains part of the input data necessary to reproduce the results in our publication titled "Object independent scatter sensitivities for PET, applied to scatter estimation through fast Monte Carlo simulation". The scope of this repository is limited to inputs, intermediate sinograms and sensitivity models; it does not contain any of the article's final results, nor does it contain any code.

It consists of the input images for the GATE and MCGPU-PET simulations, GATE and MCGPU-PET sinograms for one phantom, the 5D lookup tables and their respective scatter sensitivity sinograms, a trues sensitivity sinogram for the GATE model of the Signa PET/MR, and the raw data for the phantom scan on the real Signa PET/MR.
