资源简介:

Raw video-tracking and manually-scored behavioural data, and validated Python analysis pipelines, for all four main-text figures and Table S1 of “Geometrically specific landmark recall establishes a developmental lower bound on spatial memory computations in medaka larvae” (Boyer, Centanin & De Marco). Covers medaka larvae (Oryzias latipes, 4-6 days post-hatch) across four experiments: sphere-size discrimination (N=31 larvae), ventral colour preference and target-zone occupancy (N=25 + 16 larvae), landmark-only return with repeated-measures time-in-zone/entries analysis (N=20 larvae), and geometric (four-dimensional visual-state) recall analysis with robustness checks and bootstrap confidence intervals (same N=20 larvae as the landmark-return experiment). Every reported statistic in the manuscript is independently reproduced and validated against this repository’s own code. This deposit also includes Table S1 (Table_S1.pdf; full group statistics for the three Figure 4 robustness analyses referenced in the manuscript’s Methods and Results), and five supplementary videos referenced in the manuscript, accompanied by a captions document (Video_Captions.pdf) describing each one.
