Characterizing the integration pattern of Hyposoter didymator's ichnovirus circles in its host, Spodoptera frugiperda

We used a bulk, high-throughput sequencing approach to characterize and quantify the genome-wide integration patterns of ichnovirus DNA circles from the wasp Hyposoter didymator, in two tissues (hemolymph and fat body) from its host, the moth Spodoptera frugiperda.
