Gamma Radiation Induces an Interferon-Independent Antiviral Activity in Human Macrophages in vitro

This dataset contains experimental data supporting the study of low-dose gamma irradiation–induced antiviral responses in human macrophage-like cells infected with influenza A virus. The dataset includes gene expression measurements of innate immune and DNA damage response markers, quantification of viral particle production, and infectivity assays under irradiated and non-irradiated conditions. These data document an interferon-independent antiviral state associated with reduced influenza A virus replication following gamma irradiation.
