D3: Un-colocated Rrs and HPLC data for OHBRF Version 1

This upload contains the un-colocated versions of the in-situ remote-sensing reflectance and HPLC pigments from ESA Phytodiverse D3. These data were used to create the co-located `algorithm development dataset' for the hyperspectral pigment algorithms. We also include PACE-era in-situ Rrs for future use in product validation. All data in this version are available elsewhere. Data from NASA and PML are both available on NASA SeaBASS (web links in D3) with metadata describing the data collectors and PIs. Data from Tara TREC is on the HyperBOOST Zenodo page with metadata describing the data collectors and PIs.
