VC-DSD — Reproduction Deposit

This deposit provides the analysis-ready derived data, supporting result tables, and reproduction scripts needed to recompute the key findings of the manuscript. VC-DSD (Venue-Composition-stratified Disclosure-Selection Diagnostic) returns a binary classification — recency-fragile or recency-robust — from a truncated-window joint likelihood-ratio test. The classification-bearing statistics, the robustness suite, and the funder-portfolio and own-country-anchoring descriptives are reproducible from the files here via reproduce.py. The external oncology application is included as committed result files (port_vcdsd_*); regenerating it requires a separate Scopus-derived corpus not redistributed in this deposit (see §4 and Supplementary Information §S.external). The mapping from every reported number in the manuscript to its source file is given in deposit_results_manifest.csv (root of this deposit).
