This dataset contains the fall direction and root distributions of windthrown Juniperus virginiana on the Catlett Islands, VA. The distribution, number, length, and circumference of exposed roots are reported here. Additionally the aspect (direction of steepest slope) and fall direction were measured. Catlett Islands are a series of ridged islands on the York River, VA.
