Taxonomic annotation of bioassay samples using commercial product, enzymatic treatment and granular sludge in turkey litter biodigestion

The biodigestion of turkey litter is a sustainable means of using waste. As it is a highly lignocellulosic residue, it requires a treatment to facilitate the breakage and use by microorganisms, which can done through an enzyme. The use of molecular biology in the identification of microorganisms can facilitate the understanding of the role of microorganisms in anaerobic digestion. This study aims at the taxonomic identification of bioassays with biological treatment with commercial product, enzymatic treatment and addition of granular sludge in the biodigestion of turkey litter.
