This project aims to understand cyanobacterial diversity, identify taxa that can produce cyanotoxins, and determine the conditions under which toxin is produced. Samples were collected during the summers of 2020-2021.

本数据集基于MODIS卫星影像提取湖泊区域，然后进行去云、几何校正处理，利用本所研究成果（反演模型），提取湖泊的藻蓝素分布。该数据集格式一种为jpg图片格式，为藻蓝素浓度反演的出图产品。另一种有实际反演值的栅格数据格式为img格式，可查看湖内任意点的具体藻蓝素反演值信息。数据集按照湖泊分别存放，其中分别包含藻蓝素反演产品图数据集及藻蓝素反演产品栅格数据集。
