JNK model of dynamic gene regulation

Data folder contains 3 files, 1 a model file which defines the functions and parameters used within the model. The second file is the Matlab script to run the model and a 3rd file contains experimental traces of the JNKKTR to compare to the model. Model is based on literature estimates as well as previous models of dynamic signaling regulation.
