Minutes of the 74th IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 29 January 2021 via teleconference. The Board approved the draft Rules of Procedure and agreed on the use of the title “Vice Chair” for various committees. It endorsed a delayed entry into force of the new Statutes until after the August General Assembly and approved the 2021 nominations and elections schedule.
