按照应用驱动、统筹推进、融合创新的总体思路，构建新型“互联网+教师教育”管理服务平台，研发的教师培训云平台。充分运用互联网、大数据、云计算等信息技术手段，连通省级各类教育平台数据，以及教育研究培训院内部各类业务系统数据，实现多个业务系统的数据互联互通。

Following the overall principle of application-driven development, coordinated advancement, and integrated innovation, this teacher training cloud platform is developed to build a novel "Internet + Teacher Education" management and service platform. By fully applying information technologies including the Internet, big data, and cloud computing, it connects data from various provincial-level education platforms and internal business systems of educational research and training institutes, realizing data interconnection and interoperability across multiple business systems.
