To investigate the general effect of ITPRIPL2 knockdown on the transcription profile, we generated transient ITPRIPL2 knockdowns in nHDF and HeLa cells. Gene expression analysis was performed on RNA-seq data from four biological replicates of cells harvested 72 hours post transfection with esiRNAs. Overall design: Comparative gene expression analysis of RNA-seq data for nHDF and HeLa cells with and without ITPRIPL2 knockdown.
