RNA-sequencing in common garden Joshua tree seedlings

Study sought to determine variation across the range of Joshua trees by assessing physiology and gene expression in seedlings planted in a single common garden. Goals included determining intra- and inter-specific variation as well as the extent to which Joshua tree seedlings use CAM photosynthesis.
