CYBERSECURITY AND LEGAL REGULATION IN UZBEKISTAN: CURRENT STATE, CHALLENGES, AND PROSPECTS

This article examines the current state of cybersecurity and its legal regulation in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It analyzes the national legal framework, institutional mechanisms, and practical measures aimed at ensuring information security. The study is based on official legal documents, government strategies, and analytical reports. The paper identifies existing challenges in cybersecurity governance and proposes recommendations for improving the legal and institutional system in line with international standards.
