Dual RNA-Seq data for Pseudosciaena crocea infected by wild-type strain of Pseudomonas plecoglossicida

To investigate the interaction between Pseudomonas plecoglossicida and Pseudosciaena crocea, healthy weight-matched P. crocea were injected with 104 cfu/g of wild-type strain of P. plecoglossicida and cultured at 18±1°C, the spleens of infected fish were sampled and subjected to dual RNA-seq for P. crocea and P. plecoglossicida.
