Statutory Infrastructure Provider (SIP) - LBN Co Anticipatory Notice given on 26 October 2020 for multiple contracts to provide telecommunications network infrastructure.\r\n\r\nInfrastructure to be installed: FTTP - Fibre to the premises\r\n\r\nNine anticipatory areas were declared on 21 January 2021. \r\nSix anticipatory areas were declared on 24 February 2021. \r\nSeven anticipatory areas were declared on 21 April 2021\r\nThese areas are highlighted in the spreadsheet file. \r\n\r\nTab 2 of the spreadsheet file contains revised estimated completion dates for a number of project areas included in the anticipatory notice given on 26 October 2020.\r\n\r\nProject area 11037 at 87-89 John Whiteway Drive - Gosford NSW 2250 was withdrawn by LBN Co as part of the 360R application on 5/12/2024, as the developer resigned the contract with Opticomm Pty Ltd.
