Segregation Distorter (SD) is a meiotic drive supergene complex on chromosome 2 of Drosophila melanogaster. We sequenced 10 SD chromosomes sampled from Zambia, the putative ancestral range of D. melanogaster. The goal of this project was to perform chromosome-wide population genomics analyses of the Zambian SD supergene.
