Raw sequence reads from B. subtilis gcv glycine riboswitch TECprobe-ML libraries

This study dissects the cotranscriptional RNA folding pathway and gene regulation mechanism of the Bacillus subtilis gcv tandem glycine riboswitch. The gcv riboswitch regulates the expression of the gcv glycine cleavage system in response to cellular glycine concentration using a transcription antitermination strategy. The data associated with this BioProject are cotranscriptional RNA structure probing data obtained using the TECprobe-ML procedure, which systematically maps the structure of nascent RNA folding intermediates.
