Early seedlings sequencing of exotic invasive Phytolacca americana, non-invasive P. icosandra and native P. acinosa

Exotic invasive plant species has its own advantage to growth in introduced range than exotic non-invasive and native congeners. Therefore, comparing the difference of seedling establishment by RNA-Seq among exotic invasive Phytolacca americana, exotic non-invasive P. icosandra and native congener P. acinosa contribute to understand invasion success further.
